F.A.Q.

     Q. How much will it cost to clean my house?

     A. No two home are alike and every cleaning fee is individually based. This is why we provide free in-home estimates. We understand that with today's economic situation, everyone is on a tight budget. That is why we work hard to give you the best price possible.

     Q. Do I have to be home when Athena's comes to clean?

     A. This is completely up to you. You may give us a key, that is safely stored in our office behind two deadbolt locks. The only person who have access to these keys is the owner. Cleaners are given these keys for each cleaning appointment each day. They then must turn them back in before leaving the office each evening. These keys are then returned to the lock box behind the deadbolt locked doors.

     Q. Are you bonded and insured?

     A. Yes, we are bonded and insured. We also carry workmen compensation on each employee.

     Q. How do I know I can trust your staff?

     A. We screen our cleaners very carefully. Each employee is extensively trained. We do all this so that you not only feel comfortable but are very satisfied with the service we provide.

     Q. Do you bring your own supplies, chemicals, and equipment?

     A. Yes, we provide all cleaning products and equipment. The only thing we ask you to provide are trash bags. That is because we empty all of your trashcans and replace them with clean bags.

     Q. Do you have gift certificates?

     A. Athena's makes it easy to find just the right gift. With Athesa's house cleaning gift certificates you can give a family member or friend the ability to shake off the burden of house cleaning, so that they may enjoy some free time. Think of a house cleaning gift certificate for someone who is celebrating a birthday, birth of a new baby, retirement, anniversary, new home, or someone who may be recuperating from a surgery.
